Everyone, no matter how healthy or fit, wants to be even healthier and more fit. Everyone wants to look and feel more youthful. My vision for this group is to have a place for fitness fans to come together to educate and motivate each other on their life journey towards health and wellness. Join us for a TRX workout in the park, a run at the beach or a bike ride. We’ll also have wellness clinics, tips and tricks from an industry guest speaker.

This group is for women in their 30s to mid 40s who are interested in making real friendships.  We are not looking to add hundreds of members, rather, we prefer this to be a smaller group of women of similar interests.  Activities we like include:  dinning out, comedy clubs, physical fitness, dancing, movies, game nights, hiking, rock-climbing, volunterring, girls night in or out, and taking our dog 's on playdates.  Initially we will host events 2-3 times per month.  This is meant to be an acti …
